SOURCE – REAL CLEAR POLITICS: “On Saturday night’s broadcast of Justice with Judge Jeanine, former New York Police Department commissioner Bernard Kerik reacted to the news that two NYPD officers were ambushed and killed while on patrol in Brooklyn. Kerik said Mayor Bill de Blasio and Al Sharpton both “have blood on their hands.”

Kerik accused de Blasio of “inciting” protesters who chanted “kill the cops” during a protest on the Brooklyn Bridge last Saturday.

“I personally feel, that Mayor de Blasio, [Al] Sharpton and others like them, they actually have blood on their hands,” Kerik said on FOX News. “They encouraged this behavior. They encouraged protests. These so-called peaceful protests that, where people are standing out there saying ‘kill the cops,’ well, I hope they’re happy, because they got what they wanted.”

“I think back two weeks ago, when he was inciting these protesters, when he was calling the NYPD and other cops around the nation racist,” Kerik also said.

BERNARD KERIK, FMR. NYPD COMMISSIONER: With the exception of September 11th this takes me back to 1988, we had two officers killed on October 18th, this reminds me of the days back in the ’60s and ’70s when we faced executions of New York City cops. In this circumstance I believe, I personally feel, that Mayor de Blasio, [Al] Sharpton and others like them, they actually have blood on their hands. They encouraged this behavior. They encouraged protests. These so-called peaceful protests that, where people are standing out there saying “kill the cops,” well, I hope they’re happy, because they got what they wanted.

JUDGE JEANINE PIRRO, FOX NEWS: And what you’re referring to, of course, last Saturday’s protest on the Brooklyn Bridge. The so-called peaceful protest where the protestors yelled, “What do we want? dead cops. When do we want it? Now.”

KERIK: We want them now.

PIRRO: And then two New York City police lieutenants assaulted, mayor de blasio comes out and says they were allegedly assaulted. They weren’t allegedly assaulted; they were assaulted.

KERIK: They were assaulted, they were beaten, their radios were taken. It — you know, I’m numb. I am numb, and you have to question whether this man, Mayor de Blasio, can actually lead this city. You have to question that. You have to wonder, how can he lead the city?

PIRRO: What about [Bill Bratton]? Is he the police commissioner for Mayor de Blasio or is he the police commissioner for the NYPD?

KERIK: He’s — he is not the commander in chief, as I see it. You need leadership in the mayor’s office, that the men and women of the NYPD are going to respect. And he’s a hypocrite. I just watched this press conference. I listened to him now, and I listened — I think back two weeks ago, when he was inciting these protesters, when he was calling the NYPD and other cops around the nation racist.

PIRRO: Who was?

KERIK: de Blasio.

PIRRO: de Blasio.”

  1. A charge of incitement is without merit, as humans are individuals with free will and independent thought. Unless one is in a position of total control or influence (such as a military officer giving a direct order, a parent over a young child, a shrink having someone under hypnosis, etc), it is complete nonsense.

If I told you to jump from a bridge or shoot one of your fellow cops, you don’t have to do so just because I suggested it. You can simply ignore it. Even if I give a well reasoned, passionate and inspiring speech urging you to kill your cop friends, you can still ignore it. You always have that choice. You don’t have to do what others tell you to.

Blood is on the hands of those who killed the cops and no one else. To argue otherwise is to devalue the responsibility they bear for their actions.

    1. Actually I am not a cop, but they are necessary for Lawless people like you.

You can redefine incitement and the requirements there of, all you want but incitement of people to be Lawless and break the law is exactly what Sharpton, and Deblasio do all the time.

And other people like them, say like Tariq Nasheed, Sean King, Umar Johnson, and then there are so called “copwatch” or “police accountability” groups like “Police the Police ” and Cop Block, that is almost all they do – is incite people like yourself to be “Lawless” and to “kill cops” because they tell people lies like the cops are hunting black people, and take videos, articles and cop shooting scenarios out of context to make the cops look guilty when they are not.

When the truth is a black guy is statistically 160 times more likely to get killed by another black than by a cop

And black guys are statistically 25 times more likely to kill a cop that be killed by one.
      https://exposingcopwatchers.com/2018/07/03/hey-anti-cop-police-the-police-cops-are-25-times-more-likely-to-be-killed-than-to-kill/

And those that are likely to kill cops, they all are proud, like you to be lawless. They/You have been “whipped up” and “incited” to not only to laelesss but to be proud to be lawless.

IF fact it can be shown directly that not only do the aforementioned groups and individuals regularly incite lawless dude like yourself to go out and kill cops.

It can bproven that Micah Johnson, the guy who assassinated 5 Dallas cops was influenced and incited by the Black Lives Matter Narrative and also, that Gain Long, who assassinated 3 Baton Rouge cops just 2 weeks later, that he was also incited by the likes of the Young Turk and Tariq Nasheed.

And all these guy make millions stirring up assholes just like you there “Mr. LawlessONE”. lololol
